Shipping Policy – Smart Procurement

1. Digital Delivery Only
Smart Procurement provides digital products and services including leads data files, e-books, reports, and SaaS access. No physical items are shipped.

2. Instant Access
All digital files are delivered instantly to your registered email or available for direct download immediately after successful payment.

3. Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 2 hours due to system processing or verification.

4. Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with download/access details after the payment is completed.

5. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your digital product, contact us at support@smartprocurement.in with your order ID. We will resend the file within 24 hours.

6. Incorrect Email Address
Smart Procurement is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect email details provided during checkout.

7. SaaS Access
For SaaS tools, login credentials or access links will be delivered digitally. Access is subject to subscription validity.

8. No Physical Shipping Charges
Since all products are digital, no shipping fees apply.
