Cancellation & Refund Policy – Smart Procurement

1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Smart Procurement are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for digital products, including leads data, e-books, reports, subscriptions, or SaaS access.

2. Digital Nature of Products
Since all our products are delivered instantly in digital format, cancellations or returns are not possible once an order is completed.

3. Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, kindly email us at support@smartprocurement.in with proof. After verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.

4. Access Issues
If you face any issue accessing your digital file or SaaS platform, our support team will assist in re-sending or restoring access, but refunds will not be provided.
